<p>Please reference this solicitation number <strong>SPMYM226Q7872 PRINTERS, HP </strong>in the subject line of your email.</p>

<p>The solicitation will be issued 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE using commercial and simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13.5.</p>

<p>The resultant award will be a firm fixed-price supply contract for FOB Destination delivery to Bremerton, WA. 98314.</p>

<p>Items must be brand name or equal in accordance with FAR 52.211-6</p>

<p>Procurement has Salient Characteristics.</p>

<p>Standalone spec sheet (pdf format) is required for evaluation.</p>

<p>The spec sheet (pdf format) must be submitted with the bid package, or the offer will not be considered.</p>

<p>ALL QUESTIONS REGARDING THE SOLICITATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED VIA EMAIL.</p>

<p>Offerors proposing less than the entire effort specified herein may be determined to be unacceptable.</p>

<p>Proposed pricing shall be provided on a unit price line-item basis in the solicitation.</p>

<p>Only fully completed quotes submitted with completed and signed solicitation will be considered.</p>

<p>Any offer, modification, revision, or withdrawal of an offer received after the time specified for receipt of offers is considered late.</p>

<p>Offers wishing to submit a quote are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ and for frequently monitoring the site for any amendments.</p>

<p>Firms interested in submitting offers must:</p>

<p>1)complete the pricing,</p>

<p>2) complete all representations and certifications found in the solicitation,</p>

<p>3) provide manufacturer information of proposed items,</p>

<p>4) return all pages of the completed original solicitation package,</p>

<p>5) ensure current registration in the system for award management (SAM.gov)</p>
