Fort Benning Job Order Contract (JOC)

<p>The Mission and Installation Contracting Command &ndash; Installation Readiness Center (MICC-IRC) has a requirement<br />
from the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Benning, GA, to select a Contractor to provide all<br />
personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supervision required to support sustainment, renovation and<br />
modernization construction services to installation facilities and components throughout the US Army&rsquo;s Benning<br />
area in the state of Georgia. The overall goal of this contract is to provide the Garrison Commander<br />
and the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) the capability to provide timely and quality sustainment, renovation and<br />
modernization construction support services for the facilities and components which support the soldiers, family<br />
members and civilians of Fort Benning.</p>

<p>Solicitation: The Government anticipates a solicitation release date on or about August 17, 2026, through sam.gov<br />
website.<br />
Requests for printed copies of the solicitation will not be accepted.<br />
Contract type: A Firm Fixed-Price contract is anticipated, and the award will be made to the offeror who provides a<br />
proposal that best meets the Government&#39;s requirement. All requirements, evaluation criteria, basis for award and<br />
proposal due date will be provided as part of the solicitation.<br />
Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance will be a 60-month Ordering Period and an Optional<br />
six-month extension under FAR 52.217-8. The anticipated full period of performance will be listed within the solicitation.<br />
Competition Status: This requirement will be under NAICS Code 236220 Facilities Support Services with the size<br />
standard of $45,000,000.00.<br />
Vendor Requirements: All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code)<br />
and must have completed Representations and Certifications through the System for Award Management (SAM) at<br />
https://sam.gov.</p>
