Roof Maintenance and Repair Services IDIQ

<p>Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is requesting proposals for<strong>&nbsp;roof maintenance, leak mitigation, leak prevention, repair, and restoration services.</strong>&nbsp;This will result in two (2) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) subcontracts. The projects are located on the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) Site, adjacent to the city of Batavia, Illinois. The projects are in <strong>Du Page and</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Kane</strong> <strong>County</strong>.</p>

<p>The Subcontractor shall furnish all required supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform diligently and fully all work as described in the technical specifications. All work includes transportation, overhead, bonding costs, safety oversight, quality control oversight, and supervision as required.&nbsp;</p>
