<p><strong>Description of Notice:</strong> The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Little Rock District intends to award a sole-source firm-fixed-price purchase order to<strong> </strong>Champagne Properties (CAGE: 8HXW2) under the authority of RFO 12.102(a) soliciting from a single source.</p>

<p><strong>Requirement Description:</strong> The Government requires facility rental space in close proximity to the main office to support ongoing operations.</p>

<p><strong>Sole Source Justification Summary:</strong> Authority 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented by RFO 12.102(a) will be used for the requirement for storage facility rental within a 1.5 mile radius of the UCIC-MCX Compound in Branson MO. Champagne Properties is the lessor of the only known source capable of meeting the Government&#39;s requirement because of the proximity to the Office.</p>

<p><strong>Notice Instructions:</strong> This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All information received by the date specified herein will be considered by the Government.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Interested parties may identify their interests and may submit a capability statement to the primary contact email by 7:00 AM CDT, 09 September 2026.&nbsp; A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed contract, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.</p>
