<p>The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus Air Force Base, Oklahoma, intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for acquisition of a heavy-duty walk-behind 60&quot; concrete saw and diamond blade capable of a 25-inch cutting depth to conduct full-depth rigid pavement repairs on military airfields (runways, taxiways, and aprons). See attachment 4 - Salient Characteristics for specifics.</p>

<p>Prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management Database (SAM) prior to submission of proposals.&nbsp; Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DoD SAM prior to submission of proposal will render your firm ineligible for award.&nbsp; Registration requires applicants to have a Unique Entity ID Number.&nbsp; Recommend registering immediately in order to be eligible for timely award. This solicitation will be available ONLY via the Internet at the following address: http://sam.gov. NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished.</p>
