<p><strong>SAMPLE BASIC MILITARY TRAINING (BMT) METAL NAME TAGS SAMPLE SUBMISSION.&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p><strong>This Special Notice is issued to provide specific instructions to potential quoters for the mandatory&nbsp;<u>pre-bid submission</u> of <u>six (6) Metal Name Tag samples as follows:</u></strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Four (4) USAF samples engraved with the names,<strong> CARTER, and BINET-IRIZARRY </strong>with the USAF color <strong>Pantone 2747C.&nbsp; Names must be <u>all caps</u>.</strong></li>
<li>Two (2) USSF samples engraved with the name<strong> HAILEY LOCKETT </strong>with the USSF color<strong> Pantone 2188C. &nbsp;Names must be <u>all caps</u>. </strong></li>
</ul>

<p>The address for where the samples must be sent is included in the attached Statement of Work.&nbsp;Additional details regarding this Special Notice is also attached.<strong> </strong></p>

<p>Any questions regarding this announcement&nbsp;<strong>must be submitted via email <u>to both the Primary and Alternate Points of Contact</u> listed in this advertisement and in the Special Notice attachment.</strong></p>
