Insurance for the Government leased and owned apartments in France for CY2027

<p>The Embassy of the United States of America in Paris is issuing a request for quotation (RFQ) for the liability insurance for about two hundred and thirty (230) U.S. Government leased and owned apartments in France from January 1 to December 31, 2027.</p>

<p>Please note that the list of the apartments with locations and surfaces will be on a separate attachment and will not be posted on SAM.gov with the solicitation. It will only be released to the companies asking for the solicitation package by email to ParisContracting@state.gov and after these companies have been cleared by the Embassy Security Office.<br />
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.<br />
The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract.</p>

All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.2024-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.</p>
