Notice of Intent to Sole Source - National Integrated Ballistic Information Network Triage

<p>Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract for National Integrated Ballistic Information Network (NIBIN) Cartridge Case Acquisition, Analysis and Triage Package in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 12.102 Restricting competition.</p>

<p>The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management intends to award a sole source contract to LEADSONLINE, LLC, 6900 Dallas PKWY, STE 825, Plano, Texas 75024-4200.</p>

<p>In accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul 5.101 Presolicitation notice, actions expected to be greater than $20,000, post a presolicitation notice to the Government Point of Entry (GPE).</p>
