Y--OLYM - FAIRHOLME CG ABAAS IMPROVEMENTS

The National Park Service (NPS) Olympic National Park (OLYM) in Clallam County, Washington, has a requirement to make ABAAS improvements and construct family restroom foundations at Fairholme Campground.<br/><br/>1. The work of this contract consists of constructing:<br/>a.) 12'x12' foundation, floor slab, retaining wall, and apron/sidewalks for Loop A comfort station. Stairs, ABAAS ramp, and handrails on the Loop A comfort station.<br/>b.) 12'x12' foundation, floor slab, and comfort station apron/sidewalks for the Loop B Comfort Station.<br/>c.) Make necessary rough in utility connections for family restroom foundations.<br/>d.) New or improved ABAAS trails connecting sites 3,4,16,45,69 including crosswalk for site 16.<br/>e.) ABAAS improvements to campsites 3,4,16,45,69.<br/>f.) Remove, Repair, and Reinstall signboards at comfort station Loop A and Loop B.<br/><br/>2. Option Items May include:<br/>a. Construct ABAAS crosswalk and trail connecting campsite 3 to Loop A comfort station trail. Asphalt pave parking areas for campsites 3 and 4.<br/>b. Construct ABAAS crosswalk and trail connecting campsite 69 to Loop B comfort station trail. Asphalt pave parking areas for campsites 45 and 69.
