<p>Amendment 0001 - This amendment changes Attachment I - Terms and Conditions to add one additional site visit on 18 August 2026 starting at 10:00am MDT. Registration for this site visit is due NLT 17 August 2026. Register per the Attachment I instructions for &quot;Site Visit&quot;. A signed copy of Amendment 0001 must be submitted with your quotation documents.</p>

<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.&nbsp; This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.&nbsp; Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Requirement is subject to Buy American Act</p>

<p>FAR Clause 52.225-1 Buy American &ndash; Supplies (Sep 2025) and FAR Provision in full text 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate (Sep 2025) is incorporated into this solicitation. If quoting a foreign produced item 52.225-2 shall be completed.</p>

<p>A site visit will be held on 8/13/2026 starting at 10:00am CDT. Refer to Attachment I &ndash; Terms and Conditions, Solicitation Information, Site Visit for registration information and closing for Attachment IV &ndash; Contractor RFI instructions.</p>

<p>Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1222 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for &nbsp;a turn-key product including proper installation of all material and equipment per manufacturer&rsquo;s recommendations. &nbsp;&nbsp;Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of existing Getinge steam sterilizer from Building #18. &nbsp;&nbsp;Contractor shall procure and install a new Getinge USA, Inc. Model #733LS or equivalent.</p>

<p>This acquisition&nbsp; is set-aside for small business concerns.&nbsp; The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 339112&nbsp; The small business size standard is 1,000 employees &nbsp;This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.&nbsp; All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.</p>
