<p>1. The NAICS code for this prcurement is 541490.</p>

<p>2. This procurement is being competed as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.</p>

<p>3. Meeting the standards of the Berry Amednment is required for this requirement.</p>

<p>4. Quotes shall be submitted via email to nicole.e.piptio.civ@us.navy.mil, and copy matthew.r.forsythe.civ@us.navy.mil. Please note that our system strips .zip files and will not reach the recipient.</p>

<p>5. Quoters must completed the quote as stated in the RFQ. If any changes are made, the offer is considered non-responsive and ineligeable for award.</p>
