<p><strong>1. Introduction</strong></p>

<p>The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order for the Telephone System Maintenance at DEA&rsquo;s, El Paso Intelligence Center (EPIC) to Condor Consulting Group located in 6528 Calle Placido Dr, El Paso, TX 79912.</p>

<p><strong>2. Authority</strong></p>

<p>This acquisition is being conducted under the authority of FAR 12.102 soliciting from a single source for purchases not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).</p>

<p><strong>3. Description of Requirement</strong></p>

<li><strong>Period of Performance:</strong> September 30, 2026 &ndash; September 29, 2027</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>4. Justification for Single Source</strong></p>

<p>Condor Consulting Group is the only known source capable of satisfying this requirement and has all technical knowledge and tolls required to perform the services on this system.</p>

<p>This is <strong>not</strong> a request for quotes, and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested parties may submit a capability statement for consideration by the agency.</p>
