USDA Seeks to Lease Office and Related Space in Georgetown, Sussex County, Deleware

<p><strong><u>RLP Amendment #2 (09/21/2026)</u></strong></p>

<p>In accordance with FAR 15.206, the RLP number 57-10005-27-FA, is hereby amended under RLP amendment number 2.</p>

<p>The purpose of RLP amendment number 2 is to modify portions of the R100, L100 and EXHIBIT B to clarify and/or update space and lease performance requirements, and provide an updated EXHIBIT B ASR.</p>

<p>EXHIBIT B dated 08/04/2026, is hereby deleted from the RLP package and replaced with RLP Amendment number 2 EXHIBIT B.</p>

<p>GSA Form 1217, Lessor&#39;s Annual Cost Statement, omitted in error from the original 05/26/2026 SAM GPE attachments is hereby attached for offeror download and use in preparation of its proposal response.</p>

<p><u><strong>Submission Deadeline</strong></u></p>

<p>RLP amendment no. 2 and RLP amendment no. 2 EXHIBIT B should be downloaded, initialed, signed and returned to the USDA contracting officer or designee by not later than <strong>4:30 PM Eastern, Monday, October 5, 2026</strong>.</p>

<p>All other aspects of 57-10005-27-FA (RLP) remain unchanged, unless otherwise admended by the Government under any possible future amendments.</p>

<p><strong><u>RLP Amendment #1 (08/04/2026)</u></strong></p>

<p>In accordance with FAR 15.206, the RLP number 57-10005-27-FA, is hereby amended under RLP amendment number 1.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The purpose of amendment number 1 is to modify the square feet and parking requirements requested by the Government, update the unique building/property requirements, and updated EXHIBIT B ASR.</p>

<p>EXHIBIT B dated 05/19/2026, is hereby deleted from the RLP package and replaced with RLP amendment number 1 EXHIBIT B.</p>

<p><u><strong>Submission Deadeline</strong></u></p>

<p>RLP amendment no. 1 and RLP amendment no. 1 EXHIBIT B should be downloaded, initialed, signed and returned to the USDA contracting officer or designee by not later than <strong>4:30 PM Eastern, Wednesday, August 12, 2026</strong>.</p>

<p>All other aspects of 57-10005-27-FA (RLP) remain unchanged, unless otherwise admended by the Government under any possible future amendments.</p>

Attached is Request for Lease Proposal <strong>57‑10005‑27‑FA </strong>(RLP) for leasehold interest in real property&mdash;general‑purpose office space with a ware yard&mdash;in Georgetown, Sussex County, Delaware.&nbsp; The RLP includes all leasing requirements and specifications.</p>

<p><strong>Offer Submission Deadline</strong><br />
All offers must be submitted no later than the due date and time specified in the RLP.&nbsp; Offers received after that deadline will be considered late and may be rejected under FAR 15.208(a)&ndash;(b), which mandates submission by the specified time and generally excludes late proposals unless limited exceptions apply.</p>

<p><strong>Solicitation Notice Period</strong><br />
This solicitation is posted in accordance with GSAM 570.106.</p>

<p><strong>Unsolicited Offers</strong><br />
Unsolicited offers must be within the delineated Area Place of Performance; and not involve a location within a floodplain.&nbsp;&nbsp;The USDA reserves the right to reject any unsolicited offer that fails to meet these criteria or is submitted outside the solicitation period.</p>
