Intent to Sole Source-Sun Nuclear-Daily QA 4 Pro Wireless

<p>In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, the James A. Haley VA Medical Center intends to negotiate a sole-source award with **Sun Nuclear Corporation**, located at 3275 Suntree Blvd Melbourne, FL 32940 USA.</p>

<p>Sun Nuclear Corp is the manufacturer to supply and support the Daily QA 4 Pro System. Critical capabilities supporting the sole-source determination include:</p>

<p>(1) A unified, all‑in‑one device integrating dosimetry, imaging, and positioning verification, eliminating multiple phantom exchanges, reducing treatment room entries, and improving workflow efficiency. No competing system provides this consolidated capability.</p>

<p>(2) A high‑density detector array composed of four vented ion chambers, 225 unattenuated diodes, and 24 attenuated diodes, providing broad field‑size coverage and high‑resolution beam analysis not replicated in other QA platforms.</p>

<p>(3) Full automation and integrated reporting through SunCHECK v6.0+, enabling automated data acquisition, centralized documentation, and enterprise-level quality‑assurance workflow management.</p>

<p>This requirement covers the imaging system at the James A. Haley VA Medical Center, located at **13000 Bruce B. Downs Blvd, Tampa, FL 33612**. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is **334519-Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing**, with a size standard of **600 employees**.</p>

<p>**This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. ** Interested parties that believe they possess the capability and qualifications to meet these requirements may identify their interest and submit capability statements.
