<p>The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for Historical studies of properties owned by the US Government in Paris and Marseille, France.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically&nbsp;acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contract based on the initial&nbsp;offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price contract.&nbsp;All contractors have to be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov&nbsp;prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to&nbsp;register at the earliest stage. The guidelines for registration in SAM are also available at: https://www.fsd.gov/fsdgov/learning-center-system.do?sysparm_system=SAM&nbsp;</p>
