Purchase of Lifepak CR2 4G (SIM) Defibrillators

<p>The U.S. Consulate General Frankfurt invites you to submit an offer for a firm fixed price for:</p>

<ul>
<li><strong>12 Lifepak CR2 units&nbsp;</strong>with a handle&mdash;semi-automatic 4G models&mdash;in German and English</li>
<li><strong>Data plan for Lifepak CR2</strong>&nbsp;with mobile data transmission, lifetime duration.</li>
<li><strong>Instruction and commissioning</strong>&nbsp;for Lifepak CR2 units and mobile data transmission</li>
</ul>

<p>A detailed description of the requested Lifepak CR2 and services can be found by in the link listed in the Attachments/Links section.</p>

<p>The Lifepak CR2 units must meet all relevant German&nbsp;and&nbsp;EU specifications.</p>

<p>For certification and regulatory reasons, the Lifepak CR2 units&nbsp;<u>must be delivered directly from a German&nbsp;provider</u>.</p>

<p>The products and services must be delivered to the U.S. General Consulate in Frankfurt, Germany no later than 90 days after receipt of the order.</p>

<p>The price quoted&nbsp;in the bid must include&nbsp;delivery&nbsp;and&nbsp;VAT&nbsp;as follows:</p>

<p>The seller is responsible for&nbsp;delivering the goods to the buyer&rsquo;s premises&nbsp;in Frankfurt.</p>

<p>Offers within Germany must contain a VAT of 19%.</p>

<p>All offerors must possess authorization to operate and do business in Germany.&nbsp;&nbsp;<u>If providing the products and services through subcontractors, offerors must state the subcontractor in the quote and show that the subcontractor has also obtained authorization to operate in Germany</u>.&nbsp; Please pay attention to a crucial requirement outlined in the DOSAR 652.242-73</p>
