<p><strong>A make-up site visit for individuals who were unable to attend the initial session will be held on August 26, 2026, at 9:30 AM EST.</strong></p>

<p>Attendance is limited to two (2) vendor representatives&rsquo; maximum. RSVP is required no later than 1:00 PM on 24 August 2026. Please email the names of attendees to the POCs with the following information to confirm participation:</p>

<li>&nbsp;Attendees must enter through the Patrick Space Force Base Force Base Visitor Center at least 20 minutes (9:10am) prior to meeting time to get signed on base.</li>
<li>Failure to RSVP or meet access requirements may result in denial of entry.</li>
</ul>

<p>The government requires the installation and certification of a centralized compressed air and Grade D breathing air system for the new single-bay C-130 hangar at Patrick Space Force Base.</p>
