<p>The NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCIA) intends to issue a solicitation for the provision of Centralized Operations and Maintenance Patching Services - IT Infrastructure.</p>

<p>To bid on this project, potential U.S. prime contractors must 1) maintain a professionally active facility (office, factory, laboratory, etc.) within the United States and 2) hold a Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET or higher, and 3) register with NCIA&rsquo;s eProcurement tool, Neo: https://www.ncia.nato.int/business/procurement/neo-eprocurement&nbsp;</p>

<p>The reference for the IFB is CO-424389-COMPS and all correspondence concerning the solicitaton should include this reference.</p>
