Marine Coaching services

<p>The Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), is conducting a market research for Marine Coaching Services to support the Kings Point Waterfront Program at the United States Merchant Academy (USMMA). This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purpses only. This notice is not a request for proposals or quotes; the Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request.</p>

<p>Please review the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and RFI questinnaires. Interested vendors should submit their responses, including a capability statement, to durba.ray@dot.gov and brian.wiley.ctr@dot.gov no later than Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 2:00PM EDT.</p>
