<p>2026.08.18 AMEND 0001 (DRAFT) Revise Evaluating Criteria, and Incoprorate Past Performance</p>

<p>The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SOLICITATION for Maintenance and Repair Services for the LRC Ferry Q-Boat;&nbsp; US ARMY VESSEL (USAV) Q-7860option at West Point, NY.</p>

<p>The period of performance is September 15th, 2026, through April 30, 2027 (Estimated)</p>

<p>This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns with a PSC Code of J020, and the NAICS Code 336612.</p>

<p>A site visit will be held on August 25th, see attached documents for instructions and details.</p>

<p>Submittals are required, if an offeror does not comply with the instructions, they shall be excluded from consideration for the contract award.</p>

<p>Please verify that both your UEI #, Cage Code are both current and valid.</p>
