<p>The FDA / Office of Laboratory Operations &amp; Applied Science (OLOAS) / Office of Regulatory Testing &amp; Surveillance (ORTS) and Office of Chemistry &amp; Toxicology (OCT) requires seven (7) units of the Cole-Parmer Geno/Grinder&reg; 2010 High-Throughput Homogenizer (referred to herein as &quot;Geno/Grinder&reg; 2010&quot;) for distribution to seven (7) FDA/OLOAS laboratories for use in regulatory sample preparation. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a one-year period of performance.</p>
