Provide oily waste removal service for USCG Base Portsmouth

<p>The work consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to complete all work as described in the provided Statement of Work (SOW). This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 562112 Hazardous Waste Collection and a small business size standard of 47 million dollars. &nbsp;The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price order resulting from this solicitation. See 52.212-2 for evaluation criteria. All quotes must be submitted by 5:00 PM Eastern Time on 07/28/2026 via email to frank.r.burton@uscg.mil and keven.d.weaver@uscg.mil.&nbsp; Quotes shall be submitted via the SF-18. Questions about this solicitation must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer and Contract Specialist at the email addresses listed above no oral questions will be accepted.</p>

All visitors must complete a visitor access request form in accordance with Base security policy and present a valid Real ID or Passport as a method of identification. Full name, date of birth, and last 4 of SSN must also be provided. Visitors with a valid Military ID or RAPIDGate pass will not be required to complete the access form.</p>
