<p>The Oklahoma Air National Guard intends to award a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for Restroom Repair (Maintenance Operations Flight).&nbsp;&nbsp;This solicitation, reference number W50S8U-26-R-A010, is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) and is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220, and the small business size standard is $45 Million.&nbsp;&nbsp;The magnitude of&nbsp;construction is between $110,000 and $250,000</p>

<p>The contractor is required to sign the attached solicitation document and return 1 copy. By signing, the contractor agrees to provide all items set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein.</p>

<p><strong><u>EVALUATION OF RESPONSES / FACTORS:</u></strong></p>

<p>Award will be conducted and evaluated under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items and the competitive negotiation procedures of FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation.&nbsp; The responsible offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (available at: www.sam.gov ), and all responsible sources may submit a proposal for consideration.&nbsp; Lack of registration in SAM will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. Submissions must also include a completed copy of the Offeror Representations and Certifications &ndash; Commercial Items. Proposals must be received no later than 25 August 2026, 2:00 PM CDT. The Government intends to award a contract using a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable&nbsp;(LPTA) source selection process in&nbsp; accordance with FAR 15.101-2. To be eligible for award, the&nbsp;offeror&#39;s proposal must be rated &quot;Acceptable&quot; in all non-price evaluation factors. The&nbsp;Government will not conduct tradeoffs between price and non-price factors, and any proposal&nbsp;evaluated as&nbsp; &quot;Unacceptable&quot; in any non-price factor will be ineligible for award. Proposals will&nbsp;be evaluated based on four primary factors: Price (evaluated for LPTA), Technical Capability&nbsp;(the demonstrated ability to install plumbing, electrical, and finishes in accordance with the&nbsp;Statement of Work), Small Business Participation, and Past Performance.</p>
