Cell Monitor Refresh Amendment

<p>The purpose of this Amendment is to revise the quantity for CLIN 0002 and to provide official responses to questions received regarding this solicitation.</p>

<p>1. REVISION TO CLIN 0002 QUANTITY: The quantity for CLIN 0002 is hereby changed as follows:</p>

<p>FROM: Quantity of 16</p>

<p>TO: Quantity of 8 2.</p>

<p>QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: The following questions were received, and the Government&#39;s official responses are provided herein.</p>

<p>Question 1: Regarding the minimum and maximum weight capacity for CLIN 0002, please clarify the requirement. Answer 1: The technical specifications for CLIN 0002 are hereby clarified to establish a minimum and maximum performance range. The requirement is as follows:</p>

<p>Minimum Weight Capacity: Must safely support displays starting at a minimum of 28.7 lbs. per display (for a minimum total capacity of 57.4 lbs.).</p>

<p>Maximum Weight Capacity: Must support a maximum weight of up to 41 lbs. per display (for a maximum total capacity of 82 lbs.).</p>

<p>Question 2: Can you confirm if standard commercial packaging is acceptable for drop shipment to Camp Lejeune, or if there are unit-level marking/labeling requirements?</p>

<p>Answer 2: Standard commercial packaging is acceptable. No unique military or unit-level marking or labeling is required. All deliveries shall be made to the &quot;Ship To&quot; address already identified on page 6 of the solicitation.</p>

<p>3. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.</p>
