<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with <u>FAR 12</u>. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.</p>

<p>Solicitation number 12363N26Q4011 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).&nbsp; The objectives of this project are to increase forest health and vigor, diminish tree competition and mortality, and reduce hazardous fuels to reduce the threat of catastrophic wildfire.</p>

<p>This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at <u>www.acquisition.gov</u>.</p>

<p>The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 113310 &ndash;logging, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The product service code is F014. The government will award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP)<em> </em>contract resulting from this combined synopsis/solicitation to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the synopsis/solicitation, will be most advantageous to the government (as determined by the solicitation evaluation criteria). All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency, and shall be valid for 60 days after the date of receipt for the solicitation.</p>
