Systems Warfighting Architecture Navigator (SWAN) Operations, Sustainment, and Decision Support Services

<p><u><strong>Description</strong></u><br />
<br />
Space Systems Command (SSC) is hosting a virtual Industry Day in anticipation of a forthcoming solicitation for non-personal services to provide continued operations, maintenance, sustainment, and analytical enhancement for the SWAN/BOP capability.</p>

<p>SWAN/BOP is a classified, Special Access Program (SAP)-level decision-support tool that enables senior DAF/USSF leadership to use data-driven analysis to assess and prioritize resourcing and architecture decisions for the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycle. The scope of work will include: (1) Operations, Maintenance, and Sustainment; (2) Mission Thread Analysis; (3) Decision Support &amp; Portfolio Analysis; (4) Agile Software Development; and (5) Training.</p>

<p>The Government anticipates awarding a Single-Award Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract with a 12-month base period and four (4) 12-month option periods.</p>

<p><u><strong>Security Requirements &amp; Instructions for Participation</strong></u></p>

<p>This is a Special Access Program (SAP) requirement. All information pertaining to this acquisition, including the Industry Day presentation slides and the Draft PWS, is <strong>Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)</strong>.</p>

<p>Participation in the Industry Day and access to any industry day documentation is restricted. To be granted access, interested vendors <strong>must</strong> possess a <strong>minimum of a TOP SECRET facility clearance.</strong></p>

<p>To participate in the Industry Day or to receive the Draft PWS and slides, interested vendors must send an email request to the following Government points of contact:</p>

<li>A statement confirming possession of a TOP SECRET facility clearance.</li>
<li>Name and email of who is attending Industry Day.</li>

<p>The Government will verify each company&#39;s facility clearance <strong>prior to</strong> sending an invitation to the Industry Day or releasing any documents. All documents will be transmitted via a secure channel (e.g., DoD SAFE).</p>
