US Navy LA Class Submarine Scrubbers & Burners Repair

<p>This is a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE; THIS IS NOT A SOLICITION.&nbsp; This solicitation notice is solely for information and planning purposes.&nbsp; The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of the synopsis.&nbsp; It does not constitute a solicitation for bid or quotes, and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY &amp; IMF) intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source firm fixed price contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and in accordance with RFO 6.103-1.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNYS &amp; IMF) intends to solicit to Cepeda Associates, Inc., to provide technical services to PHNSY &amp; IMF for the removal, refurbishment and re-installation of the #1 and #2 scrubbers and burners onboard a Los Angeles-Class submarine.&nbsp;</p>

<p>In accordance with CD 2026-O0017 (DFARS PGI 206.103-170(d)) a sources sought notice was posted on the Government Point of Entry, sam.gov, from 08 July 2026 &ndash; 14 July 2026 to satisfy the requirement.&nbsp; The Government received no response from industry indicating capability in performing the requirement.&nbsp; This presolicitation does not constitute a request for proposals.&nbsp; Submission of any information in response to this notification is purely voluntary and the Government does not assume financial responsibility for any costs incurred.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This posting serves as a presolicitation notice in association with N32253-26-R-0001 and in accordance with RFO 5.101.&nbsp; A solicitation notice will be posted on or about 04 August 2026.&nbsp;</p>
