LPD-18 Scuttle 1-21-2 in Forecastle Deck replace

<p>This is a competitive solicitation notice in accordance with FAR 5.101(b)(1)<br />
(i). The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka, Site Sasebo, intends<br />
to issue a competitive solicitation restricted to Master Ship Repair<br />
Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in<br />
Japan.<br />
Important Note:<br />
The actual Solicitation package (RFQ) has been distributed directly to all<br />
eligible Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat<br />
Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan via email.<br />
USS NEW ORLEANS (LPD-18)<br />
Title: Scuttle (1-21-2) in Forecastle Deck; replace<br />
POP from 10/22/2026 to 01/30/2027<br />
Place of Performance: Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS) in Japan.<br />
In accordance with DFARS 225.1103(3), this procurement is intended only<br />
for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan.<br />
Quotation Due Date (Closing Date):<br />
All eligible MSRA/ABR holders must submit their Quotations via email no<br />
later than 19 Aug, 2026 at 10:00AM JST.<br />
Access to Attachments:<br />
Attachments are Restricted/CUI and accessible only to authorized<br />
<br />
<br />
MSRA/ABR holders in Japan.<br />
Eligible holders who cannot access the files should contact the Contract<br />
Specialist directly via email. Access requests from non-eligible sources will<br />
be rejected.</p>
