<p>REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) TO AWARD A SINGLE FIRM FIXED-PRICE CONTRACT FOR SERVICES, NON-PERSONAL, TO PROVIDE ALL PLANT, LABOR, TRANSPORTATION, MATERIALS, TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONSTRUCT A F-16 MTC FACILITY AT THE 177TH FIGHTER WING IN EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ. THIS PROJECT IS SET ASIDE 100% FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE IS 236220, WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $45,000,000. THE MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION OVER $10,000,000.</p>

<p>26 June 2026: The solicitation has been amended to extend the due date to 17 July 2026 at 1pm local time. Contractors shall submit a signed copy of the SF30 Amendment document with the proposals.&nbsp;</p>

10 July 2026: This update is to issue amendment #2 which incorporates the following into the Solicitation.</p>

<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 1) Addendum #5 (attached)&nbsp; to the Architect &amp; Engineer (AE) Specifications and Drawings.</p>

<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 2) Final Answers (attached) to all Request for Information (RFI)s received. No other RFIs will be considered.</p>

<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 3) Item 13d of SF1442 is changed to 120 calendar days for Government acceptance.&nbsp;</p>

<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 4) Fee schedule (attached) for the Project Management Software.</p>
