<p><strong>UPDATED SITE VISIT INFORMATION..............</strong></p>

<p><u><em><strong>The Site Visit has been changed to Thursday, July 30, 2026 @10:30am ET.</strong></em></u></p>

<p>The USDA-NRCS, under the Emergency Watershed Protection Program, will complete work to remove materials in the stream that are compromising the capacity of the streams and stabilize areas adversely impacting structures.</p>

<p><strong>CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>

<p>1. Provide all supervision, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and material necessary to perform the work.</p>

<p>2. Follow industry standards, all federal and state, and local construction, safety and labor laws.</p>

<p>3. Contractor is responsible for their equipment. The Government is not liable for damages or losses of equipment due to theft or&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;vandalism.</p>

<p>4. Remove all debris and excess materials from the site and dispose of them properly.</p>

<p><strong>SITE VISIT.</strong></p>

<p><strong>I</strong>nterested vendors can review the work site by attending the Site Visit on July 21, 2026, at 10:30am ET.</p>
