<p>This constitutes amendment P0002</p>

<p>This amendment makes the following revisions to Solicitation N3220526Q7196:</p>

<p>1. Remove the Wood Packing Material Clause.</p>

<p>2. Change the response date to 30 July 2026 at 08:00 am EDT</p>

<p>1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.&nbsp; This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.</p>

<p>2. Solicitation number is N3220526Q7196 and is being issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ).</p>

<p>3. It is anticipated one firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued in response to this.&nbsp; No commercial financing.&nbsp; Any offer other than what is listed in the solicitation will not be considered.</p>

<p>4. Responses to the solicitation are due 30 July 2026 NO LATER THAN 08:00 am Eastern Standard Time.&nbsp; Quotes may be e-mailed to Alec Ferralli at alec.m.ferralli.civ@us.navy.mil and/or Tommy Hale at tommy.a.hale.civ@us.navy.mil. To be considered timely, an E-mail quote must be received in its entirety in the designated E-mail inbox by the due date and time for quote submission.&nbsp; Quotes received after that time will be considered at the Government&rsquo;s sole discretion.&nbsp; Please reference the solicitation number on your quote.</p>

<p>5. The required delivery is FOB Destination, and acceptance date is 30 September 2026.&nbsp; Delivery and acceptance will occur at 9276 Third Ave, Building LP26 Naval Station Norfolk VA 23511.</p>

<p>6. Quotes submitted in response to this solicitation shall not contain nor be subject to the vendor&rsquo;s standard commercial terms and conditions.&nbsp;&nbsp;Any quote submitted in response to this solicitation, which includes the vendor&#39;s standard commercial terms and conditions may be considered a material defect and may be rejected as being non-responsive to the solicitation.&quot;&nbsp;</p>

<p>7. See attached Solicitation for part numbers, descriptions, quantity and unit of issue.</p>

<p>Award shall be made to East Penn Manufacturing CO as the sole source vendor by providing a technically acceptable quote at a fair and reasonable price.</p>
