<p>The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) has a requirement for part machining.&nbsp; The compliant service is available from small business vendors on the open market.&nbsp; The NAICS code is 336611 and the business size is 1300 employees.</p>

<p>The proposed purchase order is being solicited on a small business set-aside basis.</p>

<p>The NSWCCD will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Quoter that submits the responsive quote in response to this solicitation that represent the best value to the Government. See 52.212-2- EVALUATION. Questions/clarification regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than November 04, 2026 at 12:00 PM Noon.&nbsp; All questions will be answered in an amendment to the solicitation.
