Skid Steer Loader

<p>The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 23, is issuing this solicitation for the procurement of a <strong>Brand Name or Equal</strong> system to the <strong>JCI 3TS-8W Skid Steer Loader</strong>, to be delivered to the <strong>Black Hills VA Health Care System.</strong></p>

<p>An attachment containing the full solicitation document is included. <strong>Offerors must read and follow all instructions to offerors contained in Section E.2 &ndash; Addendum to FAR 52.212‑1.</strong></p>
