KMC Area Commissaries Total Maintenance Services

<p>A Commercial Solutions Opportunity is estimated to be posted on or around Monday, 27 July 2026 requesting industry help to provide a solution of providing maintenance services to the Commissaries aging infrastructure to allow the commissaries in KMC area (Baumholder, Vogelweh, and Ramstein) to remain operational.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Facility maintenance services are required for the commissaries in the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC) area (Baumholder, Ramstein, Vogelweh). Facility maintenance includes preventative maintenance, unscheduled maintenance, and emergency maintenance services.&nbsp;</p>

<p>6 August 2026</p>

<p>Vogelweh Commissary:</p>

<p>0930 at the front entrance to the commissary.</p>

<p>(0900 at Pulaski gate if sign in is required)</p>

<p>Ramstein Commissary</p>

<p>1330 at the front entrance to the commissary.</p>

<p>(1300 at the visitor&#39;s center if sign in is required)</p>

<p>7 August 2026&nbsp;</p>

<p>Baumholder Commissary</p>

<p>1000 at the front entrance to the commissary.</p>
