<p>As of 15 July 2026, the summary of changes/updates to the solicitation notice are the following:</p>

<p>1. Questions have been answered and attached.</p>

<p>2. The PWS has been updated and attached to reflect changes.</p>

<p>3. The RFQ has been updated and attached to reflect changes.</p>

<p>4. Added Service Contract Act WD #:&nbsp;2015-4377, Revision 31.&nbsp;</p>

<p>5. Submission: Quotes are due via email <u>no later than 20 July 2026, 5:00, PM</u>. No telephonic quotes will be accepted. All quotes must be submitted to francisco.j.nodamerly.mil@army.mil &amp; corrina.y.armstrong.mil@army.mil. Quotes MUST be good for sixty (60) calendar days after submission.</p>
