USCG Base Portsmouth Command & Administration Building Chiller Unit Removal and Replacement

<p>The contractor shall provide&nbsp;all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision&nbsp;necessary to safely disconnect, decommission, and remove the existing&nbsp;60-ton Carrier AquaSnap chiller unit&nbsp;servicing the Medical/Command and Administration buildings. Following removal, the Contractor shall&nbsp;furnish, install, integrate, and commission&nbsp;a brand-new, fully compatible chiller unit of equivalent or superior capacity.</p>

<p>All potential quoters are strongly encouraged to visit the site to field verify any/all quantities before submitting quotes. A site visit will be held on 07/28/26 at 1000 Eastern Time at USCG Base Portsmouth at 4000 Coast Guard Blvd, Portsmouth, VA 23703. Interested parties must arrange site visits with Frank Burton and Nate Chappell at frank.r.burton@uscg.mil and nathan.c.chappell@uscg.mil. All visitors must provide their valid REALID Driver&#39;s License, full name, and date of birth, in order to gain access to the base.&nbsp;</p>
