Sentris Silver Enhanced Subscription

<p>The Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Procurement Center, located at 3901 Adams Avenue, Fort Lee, Virginia, 23801, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to the ManTech Advanced Systems International, 2251 Corporate Park Dr., Herndon, VA 20171 for &nbsp;Sentris Silver Enhanced Subscription.</p>

<p>This requirement is classified under North America Industry Classification System (NAICS), 513210 - Software Publishers, with a size standard of $47 million.&nbsp; The Product Code (PSC) is DA10 &ndash; IT and Telecom &ndash; Business Application/Application Development Software.&nbsp; This will be a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) &nbsp;contract with a one-year base period of performance plus four one-year option periods from September 30, 2026 &ndash; September 29, 2031.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This is a sole source notice published for informational purposes only.&nbsp; The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204, as prescribed in FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>The purpose of this document is to provide a Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity for the Sentris Silver Enhanced Subscription.&nbsp; DCMA requires specialized data security software licenses and its associated maintenance. The required software is a data security solution essential to secure Special Access Program (SAP) data by enforcing mandatory data marking, attribute-based access control (ABAC), and cryptographic protection in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Committee on National Security Systems (CNSS), and National Security Agency (NSA) regulations.&nbsp; ManTech, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) software, is the exclusive provider of the proprietary software required for the SAP product line. No other authorized reseller or dealers offer this product. &nbsp;</p>

<p>Please note that this is NOT a request for competitive proposals or quotes.&nbsp; Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency.&nbsp; Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that future competition would be advantageous to the Government for the requirement identified above.&nbsp; Information received in response to such notice is normally considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement; however, a determination by the Government to not compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.&nbsp;</p>
