<p><strong>Amendment 3 - The Purpose of this Amendment is to reopen the solicitation and extend the Quote Due date to 21 September 2026 to amend Clause 52.212-2 for technical evaluation and remove the requirement to meet a 60 day delivery date in order to be deemed technically accpetable in the best interest of the government.&nbsp;</strong></p>

<p>The Government requires two (2) Heavy Duty Trommel Screens IAW attached Salient Characteristics</p>

<p>Please review the attached &ldquo;Tinian Trommel Screen COMBO - FA5025-26-Q-A022&rdquo; for complete details and requirements. All fields highlighted in yellow must be completed in your submission. Failure to provide all required information may result in your quote being deemed unacceptable and ineligible for award.</p>

<p>All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email no later than 01 September 2026, 1600 (4:00 PM)</p>

<p>Quote Submission Deadline:</p>

<p>Quotes must be submitted via email no later than 15 September 2026, 1100 (11:00 AM) Chamorro Standard Time.</p>
