Remodeling of GYM at the U.S. Embassy Marine House

<p>This solicitation is for remodeling of the Gym/Fitness room at the U.S.Tri Mission Marine House in Vienna Austria</p>

<p>The work includes but is not limited to the following tasks &ndash; all as specified in the attached Statement of Work:</p>

<p>Demolition</p>

<ul>
<li>Temporary plasterboard dust wall with door.</li>
<li>Demolition of partition walls (10cm), incl. wall coverings, 2 wooden doors+ doorframes and 1 wooden cabinet, electrical installation and equipment, incl. removal and disposal.</li>
<li>Demolition, removal and disposal of the existing wall- and floor tiles and in the bathroom, existing sanitary items and equipment in the bathroom, including pipes, and the PVC flooring incl. glue.</li>
<li>Removal of 4 existing ceiling lights.</li>
</ul>

<p>Refurbishment</p>

<ul>
<li>Walls and ceiling: plaster, level, clean, prime, paint to cover, incl. 16m2 floor covering material.</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Floor:<strong> </strong>Clean, grind and level the floor; New PVC flooring in the demolition area.</li>
<li>Delivery and assembly of 6 new ceiling lights in new position,<strong> </strong>Including switch, wiring, and integration into the<strong> </strong>existing system.</li>
<li>Final cleaning</li>
</ul>

<p><u>Special requirements:</u></p>

<ul>
<li>The work will be carried out while the facility remains in operation and in the presence of the residents, who should not be disturbed during the construction work</li>
<li>USG Security regulations</li>
<li>Clearance process for employees, cars, material on site</li>
<li>Safety and protective measures</li>
