<p><strong>Request for Information (RFI) &ndash; Thomas Hall Renovation</strong> <strong>FAR Part 10 &ndash; Market Research Only</strong> <strong>NAICS: 236220 &ndash; Commercial and Institutional Building Construction</strong> <strong>PSC: Z2AA &ndash; Repair or Alteration of Office Buildings</strong></p>

<p>This is a <strong>Request for Information (RFI)</strong> issued solely for market research and planning purposes in accordance with <strong>FAR Part 10</strong>. This notice does <strong>not</strong> constitute a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from this announcement.</p>

<p><strong>1. Purpose</strong> The 78th Air Base Wing, Robins AFB, GA, is seeking to identify <strong>interested and capable vendors</strong> for renovation work at <strong>Thomas Hall</strong>, located at <strong>Middle Georgia State University, 100 University Boulevard, Warner Robins, GA 31093</strong>.</p>

<p>Work is expected to fall under NAICS <strong>236220</strong> and PSC <strong>Z2AA</strong>, including multi‑trade interior renovation, demolition, architectural upgrades, finishes, and associated electrical/mechanical modifications.</p>

<p><strong>2. Draft SOW</strong> A draft Statement of Work (SOW) is provided for industry review. Vendors are encouraged to submit capability information and recommended improvements or clarifications to the SOW.</p>

<p><strong><em><u>3. Site Visit A site visit will be held on 27 July 2026 from 0900&ndash;1200 Eastern Time at: Thomas Hall Middle Georgia State University 100 University Boulevard Warner Robins, GA 31093</u></em></strong></p>

<p>Vendors wishing to attend must <strong>pre‑register</strong> no later than <strong>24 July 2026 at 1300 Eastern Time</strong>.</p>

<p>Additional instructions (parking, check‑in, access) will be provided upon registration.</p>

<p><strong>4. Requested Information from Industry</strong> Interested vendors should submit a capability statement including:</p>

<p>Company name, CAGE, UEI, and point of contact</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Relevant experience under NAICS 236220 and PSC Z2AA</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Estimated performance timeline</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Feedback on the draft SOW</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Interest in participating in a future solicitation</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Any small business status (SB, WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, etc.)</p>
</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>5. Submission Instructions</strong> Responses shall be emailed to the Government POCs listed below no later than <strong>24 July 2026 @ 1300</strong>.</p>

<p>The Government will not reimburse costs associated with responding to this RFI or attending the site visit.</p>

<p><strong>6. Drawings have been updated in the attachments.</strong></p>

<p><strong>7.&nbsp;<em><u>Site Visit #2, A second site visit will be held on 30 July 2026 from 0900&ndash;1000 Eastern Time at: Thomas Hall Middle Georgia State University 100 University Boulevard Warner Robins, GA 31093. Only contractors who attended the first site visit on 27 July are authoirzed to attend the second site visit on 30 July.</u></em></strong></p>
