1 - Revise ATTCH 1 PWS Rev 1 to add areas to Location #3 Daily Use Sites and clarify other areas.<br />
2 - Correct solicitation Technical Acceptability description to read &quot;The offeror must<br />
address how they will meet the requirements of section C.7 of the PWS.&quot;<br />
3 - Add ATTCH 5_Map Campgrounds and Day Use<br />
4 - Add ATTCH 6 Questions and Answers<br />
5 - All other terms and conditions remain the same.</p>

<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.&nbsp; This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.&nbsp; Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Solicitation number 127EAY27Q0002 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for all technical, performance, reporting, and compliance requirements for contractor-provided campground sanitation and administrative office janitorial services for the Mt. Shasta&ndash;McCloud Ranger Districts.</p>

<p>This acquisition&nbsp; is set-aside for small business concerns.&nbsp; The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561720&nbsp; The small business size standard is $22M.&nbsp; This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.&nbsp; All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Site Visit:</strong></p>

<p>A site visit will be held on 13 October 2026 from 9:30 AM PDT to 11:30 AM PDT. The site visit will begin at the Mt Shasta Ranger Station &amp; Visitor Center (204 West Almo St. Shasta, CA 96067). Please send the CO, Kari Hughes, kari.hughes@usda.gov an email if you will be attending. <strong>This will be the <u>ONLY</u> site visit for this requirement. Site visit is NOT mandatory.</strong></p>
