Personal Property Activity Open Season Notice

<p>The Department of War Personal Property Activity (DoW PPA) is&nbsp;soliciting&nbsp;applications for new Entrants to&nbsp;participate&nbsp;in the Defense Personal Property Program (DP3). This Open Season will run from 20 July 2026 through&nbsp;August 7, 2026.</p>
