<p>This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in &ldquo;JAPAN&rdquo;, as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103 (3), 252.225-7042.&nbsp;</p>

<p>The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site &ldquo; SASEBO &rdquo; intends to issue a competitive solicitation for the USS RUSHMORE (LSD-47)&nbsp;STERN GATE OPERATION ROOM NO.2 3-138-2-Q PRESERVE, ELM-245219 ITEM 10-2<br />
STRUCTURAL REPAIR ON TRANSOM ACCOMPLISH, STERN GATE HYDRAULIC COMPONENT<br />
REPAIR, STEM GATE RUBBER GASKET REPLACE, PS STERN GATE EMER OPN GULDE SHEAVE<br />
CHAIN STOPPER REPAIR to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and capable Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders in &ldquo;Japan&rdquo;. Please ensure that your company meets these criteria and provides any necessary documentation to demonstrate your authorization to perform this work in &ldquo; Japan &ldquo;.</p>

<p>Contractors located OUTSIDE Japan that do NOT unambiguously demonstrate compliance with DFARS 252.225-7042 will NOT be eligible to receive an award. Any Offeror who do NOT possess an active MSRA or ABR in the Japan region, or does NOT agree to execute a master agreement (MSRA/ABR) in the Japan Region before award of a job order, will NOT be eligible to receive an award.&nbsp;&nbsp;Access to Attachments:&nbsp;Attachments are Restricted/CUI and accessible only to authorized&nbsp;MSRA/ABR holders in Japan.&nbsp;Eligible holders who cannot access the files should contact the Contract&nbsp;Specialist directly via email. Access requests from non-eligible sources will&nbsp;be rejected.&nbsp;</p>
