<p>The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to&nbsp;submit&nbsp;a quotation for the procurement&nbsp;of&nbsp;Chancery and GOP Pest Management Service (2026-2027).&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required services.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit. The site visit will be held on August&nbsp;26, 2026, at&nbsp;09:30 AM Kuala Lumpur time at the US Embassy Kuala Lumpur. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact&nbsp;kwangwh@state,gov&nbsp;by&nbsp;August&nbsp;24, 2026, at 12:00 PM for&nbsp;additional&nbsp;information or to arrange entry to the building.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details. Your quotation must be&nbsp;submitted&nbsp;electronically to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov marked &ldquo;Quotation Enclosed &ndash;Chancery and GOP Pest Management Service (2026-2027)&rdquo; to the Contracting Officer, General Services Office, Kuala Lumpur on or before 12:00 noon on&nbsp;September&nbsp;7, 2026.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>No quotations will be accepted after that time. For any&nbsp;quotations&nbsp;above $40,000 USD, the Contractor must have valid and active registration in SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
