<p>The purpose of this service acquisition is to provide routine, corrective and preventative maintenance, and support services for the fiber optic telecommunication infrastructure supporting piers located on Naval Station Norfolk (NAVSTA) and Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek (JEBLC). </p>
