<p>This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format RFO/FAR part 12. This announcement constitutes only solicitation; quotations are requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 75A50326Q00024 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Single Chilled Pallet Shippers with Gel Packs System.</p>

<p>The purpose of this amendment is to:</p>

<li>Revise Attachment 1, Statement of Work/Specification, Section 5 &ndash; Delivery Schedule, to provide the quantity allocation by delivery location.</li>
<li>Provide ZIP codes for purposes of estimating shipping costs.</li>
</ol>
