<p><strong>1. Purpose of Amendment:</strong></p>

<p>This Amendment 0002, issued on <strong><u>24 August 2026</u></strong>, is to incorporate additional clarification language pertaining to the Australian Tax (GST) into the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and the BPA Price List Template and extend the quote submission deadline.</p>
