Y--Cove Day School Construction

The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, temporary facilities, temporary utilities, testing, inspections, documentation, coordination, commissioning, closeout services, and all other services necessary to deliver a complete turn-key project in accordance with the contract documents. Principal tasks include construction of the following: New K¿6 school building; Maintenance building; Six employee quarters; Site infrastructure; Playgrounds; Water well and Storage; wastewater lagoon improvements; Provide Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E), Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, and operational turnover documentation; achieve Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification.<br/><br/>
