BME Preventative Maintenance for Elevators at Consulate Office Building, 26 Garden Road, Hong Kong

<p>The U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong and Macau has a requirement for elevator maintenace services at 26 Garden Road, Hong Kong. The anticipated&nbsp;performance is for a base period of twelve months and four one-year&nbsp;periods at the option of the Government. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered.&nbsp;The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.</p>

<p>The Government is planning to conduct a site visit at 26 Garden Road, Hong Kong and the date for this site visit will be in the solicitation.</p>
