<p>Requirements:</p>

<p><strong>2.1&nbsp;&nbsp; TASKS</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<p>The contractor shall provide the following services throughout the subscription period:&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>Dedicated NIH News Site</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Maintain a dedicated NIH news, accessible to journalists, researchers, universities, medical centers, and the public.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide intermittent promotion of the NIH site through web banners posted throughout platform.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>News Release Distribution</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Provide NIH OCPL PIOs with individual, credentialed PIO-member accounts. Each PIO&nbsp;requiring&nbsp;access must register individually and digitally sign&nbsp;embargo agreement&nbsp;in accordance with policy.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Allow unlimited posting of eligible press releases, multimedia releases, media advisories, and other eligible content by NIH OCPL, guidelines.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Distribute&nbsp;submitted&nbsp;content through&#39;&nbsp;news feeds and daily email updates to its vetted global journalist-member network.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide access to a secure area for posting embargoed materials exclusively for&nbsp; journalist-members, enabling NIH OCPL to upload press materials in advance of their public release date.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Expert Listings</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Allow posting of up to 100&nbsp;NIH&nbsp;experts on the&nbsp;platform to increase press access to NIH subject matter experts.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Analytics and Reporting</strong>&nbsp;</p>

<ul>
<li>Provide monthly reports to the NIH Office of the Director showing all NIH press releases posted ! within the past four months and the number of visits each has received.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Provide real-time and on-demand traffic reports through the PIO-member dashboard for NIH OCPL to&nbsp;monitor&nbsp;the reach of&nbsp;submitted&nbsp;content.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
